BillPartner LLC enables management agencies to pull funds from influencers' bank accounts to cover agreed-upon expenses. This process does not involve invoices or payment chasing. The parties agree that all transactions are final once initiated.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Compliance: Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including your login credentials.

  • Honesty: You must ensure that all information provided, including KYC (Know Your Customer) information, is truthful and accurate.

5. Transaction Disputes

All transactions processed through BillPartner LLC are final. By using our services, you waive any right to dispute or reverse transactions initiated through our platform. Any disputes should be resolved directly between the biller and the bill partner.

6. Transaction Delays

BillPartner LLC is not responsible for any delays in transactions caused by financial institutions, technical issues, or other factors beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any delays, but no guarantees are provided.

7. Fraud Prevention

We employ various measures to detect and prevent fraudulent activities. However, users are ultimately responsible for ensuring that their accounts are secure and that transactions are legitimate. BillPartner LLC is not liable for any losses incurred due to fraudulent activities.

8. Limitation of Liability

BillPartner LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform. This includes but is not limited to, transaction disputes, delays, data breaches, or fraud.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, for violating these Terms or for any other reason.

10. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our platform after changes to the Terms will constitute acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
